Job Description: The Vendor Coordinator will act as a crucial link between our search and tax partners and our clients, ensuring seamless communication and efficient processing of title-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaison Duties: Serve as the primary point of contact between our search and tax partners and our clients, facilitating clear and effective communication.
- Title Validation: Review and validate the chain of title using provided deed chains and other relevant documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Gap Identification: Detect any potential gaps in the title documentation and coordinate with searchers to obtain any missing documents promptly.
- Client Support: Address and resolve client escalations and inquiries related to commitment product delivery, providing timely and accurate information.
- Queue Management: Manage work emails and action queues, ensuring our search and tax partners adhere to set Service Level Agreements (SLAs) by following up through phone calls and emails.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 1-3+ years of experience in the title industry
- Knowledge of typical Title Documents such as DOT, Mortgage, Vesting Deeds, Judgments, POA, etc.
- Knowledge of chain of title issues and acceptable resolutions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be a self-starter
- Ability to work in a high volume/fast-paced, team environment

Work Hours:
- In office Monday – Thursday, 8am – 5pm
- Work from home on Friday (WFH day may be flexible if needed)
